CGP Privacy Policy

Custom Graphics Printing (CGP) recognizes that its customers, visitors, users and others who use www.GOTRShop.com (the “Website”) value their privacy.  To better protect your privacy, we provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at the Website which applies to all products and services offered by CGP.  

• Your use of the Website and any personal information you provide on the Website remains subject to the terms of this Policy and CGP's Terms of Use.

• Please note that any comment or other content you post or send to the Website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Policy.  Your messages and other information you make available in public areas of the GOTRShop.com website will be seen by people and organizations not related to or controlled by CGP and Girls on the Run International and may be used by others to contact you.

• This Policy applies only to GOTRShop.com and its products and services that are owned and operated by CGP or Girls on the Run International.  While other websites may be displayed as links from within GOTRShop.com, those sites are owned and operated by others, and may have different privacy policies.  When linking from GOTRShop.com to other websites, if you have privacy concerns, we urge you to review the privacy policies of those sites.

1. Information Collection

• Before using certain parts of this Site or ordering products, you must complete a registration form. When registering, you will be prompted to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card number. In addition, you may also be asked to provide your country of residence and/or your organization's country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and this Site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will use the personal information to contact you.

• We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Website or use our services.  CGP automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, pages you requested and time on the Website.

• To process your order for products and services, we require contact information such as billing and shipping address and credit card information.  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order.

2. Information Use and Disclosure

• Personal information you provide may be used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain products and services, customizing the advertising and content you see and communicating with you about specials, sales offers and new products.

• Your user name and any content you make, place or post on the Website will likely become publicly available.  Content that you make, place, or post on the Website may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels or published or used on commercial products, and may be viewed by the general public.

• We may provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with CGP under confidentiality agreements.  These companies may use your personal information to help CGP communicate with you about offers from GOTRShop.com and our partners.  However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

• We may provide non-personal information to interested third-parties for purposes of understanding the usage patterns for certain content, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Website.

• We may use both your personal information and certain non-personal Information to improve the quality and design of the Website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing user preferences and trends.

• In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets.  In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred.  Moreover, if CGP, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that CGP goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.  You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of CGP may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Policy.

• We may share personal information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of CGP’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

• CGP does not rent, sell or share personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products and services you’ve requested when we have your permission.

3. Children under 13

• CGP is committed to protecting the privacy of children.  CGP does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.

• If CGP learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on GOTRShop.com without verified parental consent, then CGP will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

• Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser, recall personal information previously indicated by the user and tell us how and when pages in our Website are visited and by how many people.  We use cookies to enhance users’ experiences, to learn more about their use of the Website and to improve quality.  

• Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies.  Please note that if you choose to erase or block your cookies, you will need to re-enter certain identifying information, should we, in the future require such information, to gain access to certain parts of the Website.  We strongly recommend that you leave the cookies activated since they allow you to take advantage of our Website’s most attractive features.

• CGP may let other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages, set and access their cookies on your computer.  Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies.  Advertisers or other companies do not have access to GOTRShop.com’s cookies.

• CGP may use web beacons in connection with e-mails sent to GOTRShop.com users, to let us know whether and when the email was opened. No personal information is transmitted through web beacons.

5. Confidentiality and Security

• CGP endeavors to protect personal information to safeguard and preserve the integrity and security of user personal and account information.  Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.  We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to GOTRShop.com and you do so at your own risk.

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with personal information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.   

• All Website account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security.  You need to ensure that there is no unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have visited the Website.

6. Third-Party Sites

• CGP services may permit users to link to other websites and other websites my contain links to GOTRShop.com.  These other websites are not under the control of GOTRShop.com and such links do not constitute an endorsement by CGP of those other websites or the services they offer through them.  

• The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from GOTRShop.com are not covered by this Policy and CGP is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or content of such websites.

7. Personal Information Access

• GOTRShop.com allows you to access to your user and account information any time for purpose of reviewing, updating, editing and/or deleting by visiting the my account page.

• You can deactivate your account at any time by canceling your account on the my account page.

8. International Users

GOTRShop.com is managed, operated and hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to users in the United States. If you are a user accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, which is governed by U.S. law and this Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

9. Changes and Updates to Privacy Policy

CGP may amend this Policy at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.  Use of information collected is subject to the Policy in effect as the time of such information is used.  If changes are made to this Policy or the way personal information is treated, all efforts will be made to notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending our users an email.  Users are bound by any changes to the Policy when he or she uses the Website after such changes have been first posted.

By using this Website, you consent to the terms of our Policy and to CGP’s processing of personal information for the purposes given above and in the Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use or register on GOTRShop.com.  We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Policy at any time.
